Search Overview

Easily find the transactions you're looking for using the Search App. You can search all of your transaction data, across all your entities from within Translucent.

Type anything in the search bar and Translucent will search all relevant fields in all your records.

This includes line item description, vendor name and amount values.

Narrow down the search to find the record type you’re looking for.

Select Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) or All to see the results you need.

You’ll see a drop down to select your filters. You can search by any of the following filters:

Each transaction search provides a deep link back to Xero. Simply open the transaction and navigate to the Open in Xero button on the bottom left hand corner.

You can save certain parameters as a saved report to review on a regular basis. For example, you can search for all Sales Invoices from "Costco" for the past month, without attachments. When you are happy with your search you can click the Save search button in the top right hand corner.

Your saved search will then be available as a report within the drop down menu under All transactions.
